The business in 60 seconds

Firmo shows sellers real local offers for their used goods.

The buyer sets the price. The seller shows the item. The buyer inspects it before the sale is complete.

One trade. Four clear steps.

A buyer creates a request first. The seller shows one item that may match the request. The buyer makes the final decision in person.

  1. 01

    Buyer

    Buyer sets the price

The buyer chooses the exact item, local area, and exact price they will pay.

Demand exists before the seller starts.

  2. 02

    Seller

    Seller shows the item

The seller answers simple questions and takes the requested photos. The item may match the request.

If it matches, the seller sees that buyer's price.

  3. 03

    Buyer + seller

    They arrange a public handoff

After the seller accepts, the buyer authorizes the item price plus the Firmo fee.

    Payment is authorized, not completed.

  4. 04

    Buyer

    Buyer inspects and decides

The buyer inspects the exact item in person, then accepts or rejects it.

Accept completes payment. Reject cancels the sale.

AI checks the photos. The buyer checks the item.

AI checks whether the requested photos are present and clear. It can ask for a missing view or a clearer photo.

  1. 01

    Firmo requests specific photos

The seller is guided to show the views and details a buyer needs.

  2. 02

    AI checks only the photo

AI checks requested-view presence and photo clarity only. It can ask for a missing view or a clearer photo.

  3. 03

    Buyer inspects in person

The buyer inspects the exact item before accepting or rejecting it.

Buyer pays $6 + 4%. Firmo seller fee is $0.

After the seller accepts, the buyer authorizes the total. Payment completes only if the buyer inspects and accepts the item. If the buyer rejects it, the sale is canceled and payment is not captured.

Why the buyer pays

The buyer names an item and price once. Local sellers can show an item that may match the request. The fee is charged only when a trade completes.

Firmo seller fee is $0. Stripe processing may reduce the seller's net payout below the accepted item price. Firmo does not track the later bank payout.

Before authorization, Firmo shows the buyer's full total and the seller's expected payout.
